Responsibilities
- Maintain proper temperature control and monitoring of storage units
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation using WMS systems
- Adhere to strict HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Operate cold room equipment and machinery efficiently
- Document daily operations and temperature logs accurately
Qualifications
- Ability to work in 0-40°F environments for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean background check
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Reliable transportation to 7am shifts
- Team player with strong communication skills
