Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and seal orders according to specifications using provided equipment
- Operate scanning technology for inventory tracking and order verification
- Maintain organized and efficient packing station with supplied tools
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies to supervisors
- Adhere to safety protocols while operating packing machinery and tools
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Update packing logs and inventory systems as required
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods with provided ergonomic support
- Basic math skills for order verification and inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in packing processes
- Reliable transportation to our Chula Vista facility
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with mechanical assistance provided
