Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature and humidity levels in refrigerated/freezer facilities
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts for efficient inventory movement
- Inspect and document storage conditions using digital monitoring systems
- Follow strict HACCP protocols for food safety compliance
- Coordinate with receiving/shipping teams for seamless inventory turnover
- Perform routine sanitation and maintenance of cold storage zones
- Participate in quarterly safety drills and equipment training
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and work in sub-zero environments
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficient with digital inventory management systems

- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
