Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature/humidity levels in -10°F to 40°F storage zones
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Inspect products for quality compliance and packaging integrity
- Operate inventory management systems (RF scanners/WMS)
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety standards
- Perform routine sanitation and facility maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless logistics
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or cold storage experience
- OSHA 10-Hour certification preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Knowledge of food safety regulations a plus
