Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature conditions (-10°F to 40°F) in refrigerated and frozen storage areas
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect products for quality compliance and proper storage documentation
- Adhere to HACCP, OSHA, and GMP protocols for food safety and workplace safety
- Perform inventory counts using warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless loading/unloading operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of cold storage or warehouse experience required
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Forklift certification (or ability to pass company training within 30 days)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in sub-zero temperatures
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
