Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label orders according to specifications
- Operate packing equipment (box sealers, tape dispensers, etc.) safely
- Inspect products for quality before packaging
- Maintain inventory counts and report discrepancies
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets
- Keep workstation clean and compliant with safety standards
- Assist with inventory rotation and stock organization
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer literacy for order tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred
- Pass pre-employment background check
