Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature conditions in refrigerated/freezer units
- Load/unload shipments using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Conduct inventory counts and stock rotation
- Adhere to strict food safety and OSHA protocols
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Sanitize facilities and equipment following HACCP standards
- Assist with receiving, storing, and order fulfillment
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards
Qualifications
- Previous cold storage or warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer skills for inventory systems
