Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain precise temperature controls in refrigerated storage units (-10°F to 45°F)
- Efficiently organize, label, and rotate inventory using FIFO methods
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts with OSHA-certified safety standards
- Conduct quality checks on incoming/outgoing perishable shipments
- Document inventory movements using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to HACCP and GMP food safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless logistics operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management and temperature logging
- Strong attention to detail and precision in documentation
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and stand 8+ hours daily
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Willingness to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Reliable transportation to 24/7 rotating shift schedule
- Ability to work holidays and weekends during peak seasons
