Responsibilities
- Load and unload refrigerated trailers and containers with speed and accuracy.
- Maintain a sanitary and organized workspace to prevent product contamination.
- Monitor storage temperatures to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation (FIFO).
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (temperatures may drop below 35°F).
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid government-issued ID and proof of eligibility to work in the US.
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Basic reading and writing skills for logging work.
