Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperatures (-10°F to 40°F) in refrigerated/freezer zones using digital monitoring systems
- Inspect, organize, and rotate inventory following FIFO protocols to ensure product integrity
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and material handling equipment with precision
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety standards for cold environments
- Document inventory movements and temperature logs using warehouse management software
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain through company training)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
