Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Perform inventory counts and ensure accuracy of stock levels in the cold storage facility.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and temperature control regulations to maintain product integrity.
- Package and label items efficiently to prepare for shipment.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and storage efficiency.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a cold environment (32°F to -20°F) for extended periods.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory management.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
