Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming inventory and merchandise.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
- Undergo and complete required safety training certifications.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs (22 kg) repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions (e.g., ambient, cooler, or freezer).
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
