Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using appropriate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records within the temperature-controlled facility.
- Ensure strict adherence to cold chain protocols to preserve the quality of perishable goods.
- Perform regular safety inspections of equipment and work areas to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (temperatures below 40°F).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
