Responsibilities
- Operational Efficiency: Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations with high accuracy and speed.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, organize warehouse aisles, and perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery as required by certification.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or errors before processing.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to streamline workflow.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- License: Valid Forklift Operator Certification (if applying for specialized roles).
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
