Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Organize and stock products in designated cold storage and freezer areas.
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure product freshness and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and temperature control regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Experience in a warehouse or cold storage environment is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures.
