Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport products efficiently within the temperature-controlled facility.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and temperature regulations to ensure product quality.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Perform daily inventory counts and stock organization to ensure accuracy.
- Conduct regular safety inspections of storage areas and equipment.
- Keep workspaces clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Assist in the packaging and shipping process as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to work in cold environments (temperatures between 35°F and 40°F).
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory and counting tasks.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced setting.
- Valid state-issued ID and proof of eligibility to work in the US.
