Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders efficiently using handheld scanners.
- Verify accuracy of products and quantities before shipping.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Sort and organize incoming inventory in designated storage areas.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (8-10 hours/day).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible shifts.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
