Job Overview:
Our Miami fulfillment centers are state-of-the-art facilities. In this role, you will play a critical part in the logistics chain, utilizing technology to pick, pack, and ship products.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with speed and accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Receive and unload inbound shipments, verifying quantities against packing slips.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, adhering to all safety guidelines (SAFE Act).
- Collaborate with team leads and peers to meet daily productivity targets.
- Assist in inventory control and stock rotation procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 49 pounds frequently and stand/walk for the duration of the shift.
- Basic math and reading comprehension skills.
- Ability to work in various temperature-controlled environments (loading docks).
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
