Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and pallets in compliance with safety protocols.
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records within the cold storage units.
- Perform regular safety inspections of the facility and warehouse equipment.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the storage area remains clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Adhere to strict temperature control guidelines to ensure product integrity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (below freezing temperatures).
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous experience in warehousing or logistics is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer skills.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
