Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage inventory materials using pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
- Package and prepare products for shipment, ensuring all safety guidelines are followed.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Organize warehouse aisles and storage areas to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.
- Operate scanning equipment to verify order accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and safety targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Willingness to pass a standard drug screen (background checks waived for many roles).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but on-the-job training is available.
- Reliable transportation to the Irvine facility.
