Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize products in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment (typically 34°F - 38°F).
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using scanning systems and digital logs.
- Perform regular quality checks on stored goods to ensure freshness and compliance.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and health code requirements.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or cold storage is highly preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
