Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inspect products for damage and ensure proper storage temperatures within the cold storage facility.
- Organize warehouse inventory and maintain accurate stock records.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to prevent workplace accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
- Perform general cleaning and maintenance of the storage areas to ensure hygiene standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in freezing temperatures (below 35°F) for extended periods.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
- Forklift certification is a plus but we provide training for the right candidates.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Reliable attendance and a positive work attitude.
