Responsibilities
- Load and unload goods from trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Monitor and log temperature readings to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Organize and stock inventory within the refrigerated storage areas.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to OSHA regulations.
- Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Assist in inventory audits and cycle counting.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (0°F to 40°F).
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math and computer skills for logging data.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus.
