Responsibilities
- Supervise 10-15 warehouse staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Optimize inventory control processes using WMS systems and cycle counting
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain a safe working environment
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics and material handling operations
- Implement process improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs
- Manage warehouse equipment maintenance and safety protocols
- Generate operational reports and KPI tracking for leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics/supply chain
- Proficient in WMS (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory management systems
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related field (preferred)
- Forklift certification (valid)
- Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies (bonus)
