Responsibilities
- Pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment with precision and speed.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock rotation as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment center, or retail setting is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Familiarity with barcode scanners and basic computer operations.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
