Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and pallets efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock rotation.

- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Follow strict safety protocols and temperature guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in extreme cold temperatures (freezer environments).
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Tampa facility.
