Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks efficiently.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock organization within the freezer.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to ensure a hazard-free workplace.
- Monitor and report temperature conditions in storage units to ensure product integrity.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse floor.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (temperatures can drop below freezing).
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and punctual.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
