Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment according to customer orders and company guidelines.
- Verify item quantities, descriptions, and quality against work orders.
- Label, barcode, and organize packages accurately to ensure timely delivery.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to update inventory status.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping targets and efficiency goals.
- Assist in loading outbound trucks and inspecting packaging materials for integrity.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred; prior warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
