Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to transport materials safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring cargo is secured according to safety standards.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues to maintenance immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to OSHA regulations.
- Assist with inventory management, including scanning, stocking, and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and shipping deadlines.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (OSHA 10/30 or equivalent certification required).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience operating industrial forklifts in a warehouse setting.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic computer literacy for operating RF scanners and inventory software.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
