Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain cold storage temperatures (-10°F to 40°F zones)
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks for inventory movement
- Perform quality checks on perishable goods
- Adhere to OSHA and FDA safety protocols
- Complete inventory counts and documentation
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of storage facilities
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-freezing temperatures for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Reliable transportation to Mesa facility
- Willingness to work flexible shifts (evenings/weekends)
- Pass pre-employment background check
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred
