Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature conditions in refrigerated and frozen storage areas
- Safely load/unload products using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Inspect and organize inventory with precision scanning systems
- Adhere to strict HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Operate automated storage retrieval systems (AS/RS) with training
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
- Document inventory movements using digital tracking systems
Qualifications
- No prior warehouse experience required
- Ability to work in sub-freezing temperatures (0°F to -20°F)
- Strong physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid Ohio driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work rotating shifts including nights/weekends
