Responsibilities
- Sort, pick, pack, and verify merchandise in our fulfillment centers.
- Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Ensure all safety regulations are followed to maintain a secure work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily performance goals and targets.
- Handle packages with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
- Conduct inventory checks and stock replenishment as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 49 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
- Basic math skills for scanning and counting items.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
- Strong attention to detail and focus on safety.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime when needed.
