Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperatures in refrigerated/freezer storage areas
- Load/unload pallets and shipments using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Organize inventory according to FIFO (First-In-First-Out) principles
- Conduct quality checks on perishable goods
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Adhere to OSHA and HACCP safety standards
- Assist with routine sanitation and facility maintenance
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – full training provided
- Ability to work in cold environments (32°F to -20°F)
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to grow with the company
