Responsibilities
- Unload and palletize refrigerated products in temperature-controlled environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and warehouse equipment after completing training
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to strict food safety protocols and HACCP standards
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing perishable goods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping/receiving goals
- Participate in regular safety drills and equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- No experience required—comprehensive training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred (not mandatory)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
