Responsibilities
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move refrigerated products safely
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to strict temperature control protocols (32°F-40°F environments)
- Load/unload trucks and organize products in designated storage zones
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing perishable goods
- Follow OSHA safety guidelines for cold storage operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all new hires
- Ability to work in refrigerated environments (32°F-40°F)
- Basic math and communication skills
- Physical stamina for standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and repetitive tasks
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
