Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Optimize picking routes to maximize efficiency and meet daily productivity targets
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic stock counts and cycle counting
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Uphold 5S standards for a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of high-volume warehouse picking experience
- Proficiency with RF scanning technology and WMS platforms
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Exceptional attention to detail and zero-error order fulfillment record
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
