Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in refrigerated/freezer environments
- Load/unload temperature-controlled trucks and maintain inventory accuracy
- Adhere to HACCP and safety protocols for cold storage operations
- Monitor temperature logs and report equipment malfunctions
- Sanitize storage areas and maintain cleanliness standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work in temperatures below 32°F (0°C)
- Willingness to complete paid forklift certification program
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
