Responsibilities
- Maintain proper temperature and humidity levels in refrigerated storage facilities
- Load, unload, and organize inventory using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Conduct routine inspections of storage areas and equipment
- Follow strict food safety and sanitation protocols
- Operate cold storage monitoring systems and report irregularities
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety standards
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20°F
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Reliable transportation to work site
