Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature conditions in refrigerated/freezer environments
- Safely load/unload products using pallet jacks and hand trucks
- Inspect and organize inventory in FIFO (First-In, First-Out) system
- Operate warehouse equipment following safety protocols
- Sanitize storage areas and equipment regularly
- Assist with inventory counts and documentation
- Collaborate with team members for efficient workflow
Qualifications
- No experience required – full training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Comfortable working in cold environments (32°F to -10°F)
- Basic math skills for inventory tasks
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends
