Responsibilities
- Packing & Shipping: Accurately pack, label, and prepare merchandise for shipment using standard packaging materials and machinery.
- Inventory Management: Conduct cycle counts, verify incoming stock, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Material Handling: Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts (certification provided upon hiring), and hand trucks.
- Receiving Operations: Inspect incoming deliveries for damages and discrepancies, ensuring proper documentation and placement.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and housekeeping standards.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and stage customer orders with a focus on speed and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods without assistance.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Reliability: Proven history of punctuality and the ability to work well within a team-oriented setting.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Eligibility: No background check required (Drug screen may be required).
