Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and securely store incoming shipments in designated cold storage zones.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Operate powered industrial equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or damaged goods immediately.
- Adhere to strict temperature control protocols and safety guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
- No prior warehousing or cold storage experience is necessary; we teach you everything you need to know.
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (below freezing) for extended periods.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for scanning barcodes and counting inventory.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
