As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of inventory and maintaining our high standards of workplace safety.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to load, unload, and transport materials within the facility and loading docks.
- Perform daily pre-shift inspections and maintenance checks on forklifts to ensure safe operation.
- Organize, stack, and stage products according to inventory labels and safety protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and stock levels using warehouse management systems.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to prevent accidents.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily shipping and receiving targets efficiently.
Qualifications
- Certified Forklift Operator (OSHA 10/30 preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating counterbalance or reach trucks.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Commitment to safety and punctuality.
