Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks and containers efficiently and safely.
- Sort, stock, and organize inventory in the temperature-controlled facility.
- Monitor and maintain cold storage temperatures to ensure product integrity.
- Follow all safety protocols and warehouse regulations.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift training provided).
- Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of work areas.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide on-the-job training.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic math skills for inventory checks.
- Willingness to work in a cold environment.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
