Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stack products onto pallets using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Monitor and maintain accurate temperature logs for all storage units.
- Inspect products for quality and damage before storing.
- Organize warehouse aisles to ensure safe and efficient traffic flow.
- Assist in inventory audits and stock rotation (FIFO).
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of work areas.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
- Ability to work in extreme cold environments (below freezing).
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic reading and math skills for inventory tracking.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, cold storage, or food service setting is preferred.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
