Responsibilities
- Accurately pack and label products according to customer specifications and company protocols
- Inspect items for damage or defects before packaging
- Operate packaging equipment (tape guns, labelers, shrink wrap machines) safely
- Maintain organized and clean workstations for efficient workflow
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Scan and record inventory data using handheld devices
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain OSHA compliance
- Report operational issues to shift supervisors promptly
Qualifications
- No experience required – comprehensive training provided
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours with occasional lifting up to 50 lbs
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and verification
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution
- Reliable transportation to our San Jose facility
