Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Monitor and document temperature-controlled environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Inspect, sort, and package perishable products according to HACCP standards
- Maintain inventory accuracy using WMS systems and barcode scanners
- Adhere to strict sanitation and safety protocols (PPE required)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless loading/unloading
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and precision in inventory management
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and equipment operation
