Responsibilities
- Operate temperature-controlled warehouse facilities (-10°F to 40°F)
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks
- Monitor inventory levels and stock rotation procedures
- Maintain strict food safety and HACCP compliance standards
- Perform routine equipment inspections and preventative maintenance
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols in all warehouse operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
Qualifications
- No prior cold storage experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Reliable transportation to 24/7 facility access
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
- Physical stamina for standing 8-10 hour shifts
