Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using handheld scanning devices
- Maintain inventory accuracy through systematic cycle counting and stock rotation
- Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (with certification)
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Process returns and damaged merchandise according to company guidelines
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in warehouse operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Valid government-issued photo ID and work authorization
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
