Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trailers and maintain proper temperature documentation
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in cold storage environments (training provided)
- Conduct inventory counts and manage stock rotation systems
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety standards for cold facilities
- Perform quality control checks on perishable goods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas
- Collaborate with team members on efficient warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in 0-40°F environments for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic math abilities for inventory documentation
- Reliable transportation to our Saint Paul facility
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass background check and pre-employment physical
- No experience required – training provided
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
