Responsibilities
- Safely load/unload refrigerated products using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Monitor and maintain proper temperature conditions in storage areas
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to strict food safety protocols and HACCP standards
- Operate cold storage equipment and machinery safely
- Complete quality control checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (32°F-40°F)
- Basic math and communication skills
- Willingness to operate heavy machinery after training
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid California Driver's License preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No criminal background (required for food handling certification)
